Supporting Progress

Our aim is to ensure that young people are set up for the big step of living by themselves, so over the time they spend with us, we help them with various aspects including bank accounts, passports, benefits and anything else needed by everyone else, for an optimum independent life.

When young people move from our accommodation, we also support them in getting settled in their own place, so they do not get overwhelmed by the transition.

While in placement with us, young people can expect to receive support with various aspects of life including, Food and Hygiene, Household Bills Management, Health and Emotional Wellbeing and more.

Training and Employment

We assist young people to identify and their interests and take advantage of the available training and employment opportunities available in their field. This often involves helping them to seek apprenticeships, internships and jibs which lead to fulfilling careers. Our target is to ensure that by the time our young people leave our service they will be engaged in gainful employment.

College and Education

It is a fact that young people with qualifications get better opportunities in society. For this reason, we encourage our young people to get suitable qualifications to help them progress in their chosen career paths. While the young people attend college or other educational institute, we put in place support systems that help them become worry-free of their welfare so they can maximise their chances of success in their studies.

Promoting Independence

In order to fully prepare young people for independent adulthood we provide a holistic approach to their support. This allows us to look at and support them with other skills that they need in order to become fully active members of modern-day society. Amongst the skills we look at and assist with, are driving, positive technology use, budgeting and household management.
